Job Description - Remote Client Support & Coordination Associate

We are seeking an organized and service-focused Client Support & Coordination Associate to manage client communications, coordinate service details, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting clients, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts with accuracy.

In this position, you will act as a central point of coordination guiding clients, tracking progress, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and updates
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and workflow timelines
  • Track client requests and ensure all details are handled accurately
  • Maintain organized documentation and digital records
  • Provide proactive follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional experience
  • Apply established systems and tools to maintain service standards

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service, coordination, administrative, or client-facing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable with digital platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain or Australia
