Our growing practice includes 190 radiologists, 44 advanced practice providers, and more than 200 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. We provide services to more than 60 different sites across the state of Michigan.

What we are looking for: We are hiring for a Clinical Applications Associate role for first shift. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm plus every 3rd Sunday and rotating holidays. This position will include the daily operational, result communication, and clinical workflow of the Distributed Radiology (DR) environment to ensure the highest level of service to physicians, hospital clients, and patients that we serve. This is an entry level clerical role within our Clinical Application and IT support team.

• Communicate critical results and significant findings to care team providers.
• Provide report information via phone and fax.
• Assist with patient recall and addendum requests.

Requirements

• Medical Terminology education
• Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service, high volume Call Center, or Medical Assistant
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, instant message and face-to-face interactions
• Associate’s degree or higher education preferred
• Must be located within 1-hour of Grand Rapids, Michigan
