The Clinical Business Associate is responsible for developing the market and driving adoption of an innovative clinical diagnostic test across the assigned territory. This position works directly with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and practice leaders to introduce the test, educate healthcare professionals on its clinical value, and help practices incorporate testing into their patient-care workflows.
The position will focus primarily on building awareness, developing new business, and growing utilization of the designated diagnostic test, while also identifying opportunities to promote additional clinical laboratory and diagnostic products and services.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys building a territory, opening new accounts, educating healthcare providers, and seeing the direct impact of their work.
Success in this role requires the ability to independently develop a market, build trust with healthcare professionals, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently pursue growth opportunities.
