Control Bionics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Specialist to support our strategic pivot into the rehabilitation space, with an initial focus on Occupational Therapy. This role blends clinical education, product support, and sales, and is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist or Ota, Physical Therapist or PTA, or Speech Language Pathologist with at least 4 years of clinical experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Remote work
  • Flexible schedule
  • Travel estimate is 50% to 75%

The right candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in assistive technology consulting and/or sales
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active Clinical Medical Assistant license   
  • Previous experience with outpatient clinical experience
  • Experienced Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability and willingness to travel for work responsibilities.  Travel estimate is 50 to 75%
  • Proven track record of excellent project management/organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Great organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and presentation skills

Our Clinical Specialist will:  

  • Play a key role in developing and delivering customized education programs for healthcare professionals, supporting the use of our innovative technologies—NeuroNode and NeuroStrip—in diagnostic and therapeutic applications
  • Meet sales expectations as assigned
  • Develop product education content and resources
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to align clinical strategies
  • Execute support to medical professionals both in person and virtually
  • Develop and execute the territory plan and strategy in collaboration with leadership
  • Develop relationships with key influential bodies, though leaders, and government agencies
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks in appropriate software
