Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Operations Tech Lead to join a global engineering and professional services company. They will be responsible for helping to manage the operational side of cloud services for all the Americas enterprise environment. They will be working with vendors to ensure that cloud environment is running smoothly on a day to day basis. As a lead, 80% of their day will be management and 20% of their day will be hands on and assisting with issues that need to be resolved by the operation team. This environment will be supporting over 70,000 users, so the ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a large enterprise environment, been in a hands-on role and comfortable overseeing the operations of a large environment. This role will be fully remote and start as a six-month contract that will convert to a permanent role after.

Skills and Requirements
8 years of experience in a Cloud environment
- Experience working in an Azure cloud environment
- Previous technical knowledge of Cloud Services
- Experience working in a large/global enterprise environment
Experience working in an ITIL aligned organization French or Spanish speaking null
