Remote Collections Representative

Are you passionate about helping customers resolve their financial obligations while providing exceptional service? We are seeking a skilled Collections Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely, assisting customers in managing and resolving outstanding debts.

MUST live within 60 miles of Atlanta, GA

salary: $22.5 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to discuss outstanding debts and establish payment arrangements.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
Document all interactions and payment agreements accurately in the system.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize collection strategies and achieve departmental goals.
Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Information:

This is a fully remote position, but you will be required to attend in-office training on your first day and approximately 6 times a year.
Business professional dress code is required when in the office.
