Accountabilities
- Oversee US marketing strategy, planning, and execution for multiple product categories.
- Help launch new products and indications.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams to design marketing campaigns.
- Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption and address them through marketing programs.
- Introduce key messages and best practices to the commercial organization.
- Showcase new products and messaging across various marketing channels.
- Build a deep understanding of target markets and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current literature and technological developments.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in medical device sales/marketing.
- Working knowledge of the heart failure market preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

- Thorough understanding of medical device sales channel.
- Proven track record of leveraging analytics and customer insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in marketing collateral development.
