NREMG Realty is a rapidly growing full service brokerage based in Detroit looking for top talent in the commercial market. We are looking for experienced & licensed agents/brokers for our commercial division. We strive on our highly skilled team of real estate professionals that contribute to the success and growth of NREMG. Our team has experienced the career benefits of our collaborative environment and multi-faceted approach to real estate.

This position would be responsible for overseeing and carrying out transactions involving buying, selling, and leasing of commercial property.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media.

Educate agents on the market, compliance, and processes.

Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.

Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.

Assist potential clients and agents with financial decisions concerning real estate.

Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.

Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.

Requirements:

Current commercial real estate license or broker license

Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality

"Go getter" attitude

Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement

Phone communication skills
