Job Description - Commercial Solar Outside Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Currently searching for Outside Commercial Sales Representatives for the following locations:
Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Kern, Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino counties

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Prospect and create new business and new business relations

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Create and implement an effective sales strategy

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s required, Master's degree preferred

Previous experience in Solar Sales required

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

This is a remote position.
