The Mission: Help us build the next major integrated healthcare services platform. We're acquiring 10-20 home health, hospice, and retirement home businesses ($1-3M each) to create a comprehensive care ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
Hunt for acquisition targets using your network and research skills
Find businesses ready to sell in our target range ($1-3 million)
Make the connection between sellers and our investment fund
No base salary - pure performance pay
$50,000 - $600,000 one-time
Your Earnings:
0.5% - 1% commission on closed deals
Target 10-20 companies = potential for $50,000 - $600,000 in total commissions
Get paid when deals close
Higher rates for quality targets that fit our criteria perfectly
You're Perfect If:
You know the home healthcare/senior care space inside and out
You have existing relationships with business owners in these sectors
You're comfortable with 100% commission work
You can work independently and deliver results
You understand what makes a good acquisition target
