Position Overview:
The Communications Products Specialist supports the development of high-quality briefing materials, written products, and training documentation in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC), Veteran Directed Care (VDC), and Caregiver Support Program (CSP). This role is responsible for translating complex policy, programmatic, and operational content into clear, audience-appropriate communications products for VA Central Office (VACO), VA Medical Centers (VAMCs), and national field stakeholders.
The Specialist works closely with program managers, subject matter experts, and training leads to produce briefings, guides, and learning materials that support national program implementation, consistency, and best practices.
Please note, this position is contingent upon award (March 2026).
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
