Are you passionate about mental health and connecting people with quality care? Rose Serenity Wellness Center is looking for a Community Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to build relationships and expand access to our mental health services.
Who We Are:
Rose Serenity Wellness Center provides individual counseling, family & couples therapy, marriage counseling, children’s counseling, and ABA therapy. We support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, work stress, bipolar disorder, and more.
We accept private pay and are credentialed with multiple insurance providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, Carelon, and more. Our goal is to make therapy accessible and affordable for all.
Position Overview:
You will develop relationships with hospitals, universities, businesses, and community organizations to generate new patient leads. This role offers growth potential based on performance.
Compensation & Incentives:
💰 Base Pay: $500/month
💡 Referral Incentive: $50 per patient who attends their first session
🎯 Bonus Structure:
5-9 referrals: $250 bonus
10-14 referrals: $750 bonus
15-19 referrals: $1,250 bonus
20-24 referrals: $1,750 bonus
25+ referrals: $2,250 bonus
📈 Base salary can increase with performance.
Key Responsibilities:

✅ Track referrals and ensure first-session attendance.
✅ Work with the team to improve outreach strategies.
