Compliance Call Monitoring Representative

About This Role

• Work schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST (Mon-Fri)


• Training schedule: 8:30PM - 5:00PM EST (Mon-Fri) 


• Coordinate with Compliance Team to ensure audits are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


• Monitor collector calls using software/tool available.


• Ensure client compliance deliverables are completed timely.


• Review and audit telephone calls for regulatory and contractual compliance.


• Assist as needed with the daily letter process, providing coverage when other employees are taking PTO.


• Any additional responsibilities assigned by management

What You’ll Need 

To be successful, you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Strong focus on accuracy and completeness


• Attention to detail


• Ability to perform root cause analysis


• Excellent listening, oral, written, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems


• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and clients


• Analytical, teamwork, organization and time management skills are critical


• Excellent judgement and integrity


• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)


• 1 year QA call auditing or call center experience preferred


• Ability to learn and adapt to ongoing changes


• Ability to receive and implement  performance feedback and coaching

Work from home requirements:

• We will provide you with the equipment needed to be successful


• You must live in Ohio (>30 miles from Headquarters in Gahanna, Ohio)


• Private and quiet workspace behind closed doors. Work may not be performed in common areas – living room, kitchen, dining room, etc.


• High speed internet with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet from router to the work computer. Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported.


• You must meet all the technical requirements prior to the first day of training
