GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Director of Compliance - Affordable Housing in Fresno, CA. This position can be a Hybrid role or fully in person at corporate in Fresno.

As our Compliance Director you need to have a thorough understanding of LIHTC, Section 8 Housing knowledge and prior experience in affordable housing to be considered.

Compliance Director Job Details and Responsibilities:

• Day to day implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and programs that meet goals and objectives
• All ease files are complete and in compliance
• Maintain records of all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Keep up to date on all policy and procedures related to Tax Credit, Section 8, and Fair housing standards
• Review initial and recertification files
• Conduct file audits
• Training new and current tax credit employees
• Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments within a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

Compliance Director Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience in Section 8 compliance and Tax Credit Compliance

· Proven leadership and successful track record of accomplishments

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Thorough understanding of LIHTC and Affordable Housing

· Well organized, detail – oriented, with excellent people skills

· Able to work 40 hours per week

· Ability to travel as needed
