Construction Superintendents

Position Summary:

Talent Source is hiring Traveling Construction Superintendents to support commercial construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. This salaried, exempt position oversees on-site operations for ground-up, tenant improvement, renovation, and reposition projects, requiring travel for the full duration of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and field operations for commercial projects.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all skilled trades.

• Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and site safety in compliance with OSHA requirements.

• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and field teams.

• Travel and remain on-site for the full duration of assigned projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.

• Experience with ground-up construction required.

• Proven subcontractor management experience.

• OSHA 30 certification required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and non-THC drug screen.

• Availability to travel for project duration.

Travel & Compensation Details:

• Salaried, exempt position.

• Per diem provided when traveling for work.

• Company-paid flights and housing while on assignment.

• Typical business hours, with occasional weekends and schedule adjustments due to construction timelines and weather.

• Vehicle allowance available for candidates who travel using their own vehicle or RV (case-by-case).

California, Pacific Northwest (PNW), Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Missouri, Louisiana, North Carolina, Georgia.
