Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to subcontractors/vendors (40–65 per project) to gather and track estimates/quotes.
- Follow up consistently with vendors to ensure timely responses.
- Compile estimates into structured formats for review and decision-making.
- Assist with client communication and follow-up as needed.
- Support with document preparation, correspondence, and other project-related admin tasks.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) for all workflows.
- (Preferred) Interpret and understand construction blueprints to assist with estimating processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills (clear written and spoken English).
- Experience with vendor coordination, estimates, or procurement (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with U.S. construction processes, terminology, or blueprint reading.
