Job Description - Consultant

As a Business Process Consultant you will be responsible for driving projects that focus on bringing transparency and added-value to our customers' digital business processes. You will focus on generating meaningful and innovative solutions to improve the most critical metrics that keep our customers ahead of the competition.

What your Role will look like:

Engage with customers and prospects in understanding their business goals.
Adapt the value adding approach in implementing process mining projects.

Leading workshops on value creation and use process mining to identify and qualify potentials for process improvements
Actively understanding of our customers' needs in finance, sales, procurement, or other key business functions
Communication of our solutions to key decision makers and senior management
Combining deep process and industry knowledge to develop new process mining use cases together with your data science colleagues
Supporting Processand's international expansion and the development of the team by working on new strategic concepts

What you need to succeed:

Degree in Economics, Business Management, IT or similar
3 years of professional experience in the field of business processes and process mining solution
Sound knowledge of SAP and BPM, ideally experience with the Celonis or Signavio software
Ability to engage with diverse audiences from business users to Senior Executives;
Preferably have experience in a coding language like SQL or Python (not a must)
Sound understanding of project management
Strong presentation, communication and moderation skills at management level
An analytical mind, ability to work in a structured way and to quickly interpret business processes
IT affinity and a feel for sophisticated processes
Have excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Visionary approach with a sense of commitment to making a difference
Passion for working creatively and independently, solving complex issues, and delivering high quality work
Fluent in German and English (other foreign languages are a plus)

Nice to have:

Previous experience as consultant
Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) or similar ticketing tool
Creativity and willingness to learn new technologies
