Job Description - Content Writer

We are Meetingselect, a fast-growing international company with our HQ in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best experience when booking venues and additional services for their meetings, events, workshops, and training sessions!You are that creative thinker with exceptional writing skills who loves providing our customers and partners with helpful, engaging content, to help activate them to achieve their goals.
This is your chance! We are looking for a Content Writer to join our International team and to be based in India!

As Content Writer you will be:

Writing, editing, and proofreading engaging content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, website copy, case studies, press releases, and email campaigns.
Part of the Social Media team and creating engaging posts, captions, and visual content ideas as well as supporting the execution of marketing campaigns by providing tailored content.
Developing content strategies which align with Meetingselect’s brand voice, SEO objectives and marketing goals.
Conducting research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
Optimizing content for search engines using relevant keywords and best practices.
And working on many more exciting and creative projects with different departments!

You have 3-5 years of experience as a Content Writer or similar role, preferably in the hospitality, meetings, or events industry.
You have a portfolio showcasing a range of content types and styles.
You are fluent in English (other languages especially Dutch, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish are a plus).
You have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
You are a creative thinker with excellent storytelling ability.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You are familiar with any content management systems (CMS), preferably HubSpot.
You are proficient in analytics tools to track content performance (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
