INTECON, LLC is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide direct support to NASIC’s technical mission areas. The Contract Administrator will monitor and evaluate performance of task orders, assist in the preparation of acquisition documentation, ensure timely submission of deliverables, and conduct complex business analysis in support of NASIC programs. This role requires strong analytical, contractual, and communication skills to manage compliance with DoD/USAF acquisition regulations in a classified environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of awarded Task Orders for compliance with ASTRA contract requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of formal contract documents, modifications, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely submission of required CDRLs, reports, and program documentation.
  • Conduct business analysis and develop concepts supporting acquisition program requirements.
  • Translate mission and program requirements into strategic goals, objectives, and approaches.
  • Support contract cost/schedule/performance reviews and contribute to CPARS self-assessments.
  • Liaise with Program Managers, Government CORs, and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Provide data collection, migration strategy, and compliance support across NASIC mission areas.
  • Maintain strict adherence to classified handling procedures in accordance with DD254 requirements.


Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI at time of hire; must be able to maintain TS/SCI eligibility and comply with polygraph if required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
    • Four (4) additional years of relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in DoD/IC contract administration, acquisitions, or program analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access), SharePoint, and contract management systems.
  • Knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, DoD acquisition processes, CPARS reporting, and NASIC/USAF contract compliance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and present executive-level documentation and reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, classified environment; strong interpersonal skills to interface with senior Government officials and subcontractors.
