About the project

Fixpoint is hiring Reservation and Transportation Ticket Agents and Travel Clerks for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Reservation and Transportation Ticket Agents and Travel Clerks.

You're a good fit if you have experience with:

• Examine passenger documentation to determine destinations and to assign boarding passes.
• Trace lost, delayed, or misdirected baggage for customers.
• Check baggage and cargo and direct passengers to designated locations for loading.
• Provide boarding or disembarking assistance to passengers needing special assistance.
• Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences.

Must-have qualifications

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Transportation and Warehousing.
• Native-level English skills
• U.S. residency
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

Compensation & logistics

• Hourly pay: $26 – $58, commensurate with experience and project fit.

• Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
• You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
• Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
