The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. • You are a strong communicator who builds effective relationships across Sales, Finance, Services, and other business teams.

  • You are a quick learner who can work independently while exercising sound judgment and escalation awareness.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including FAR, DFARS, TAA, and BAA requirements.

  • Review solicitations, bid requests, and contractual documents to identify key contractual obligations, flowdowns, risks, and compliance requirements.

  • Prepare contract redlines and support negotiations to help achieve business objectives while appropriately mitigating risk.

  • Support contract modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, and other contractual changes as required.

  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and internal repositories.

  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of contracts, proposals, quotations, and customer communications.
