In this role, you will  drive forecasting, lead group-wide financial reporting, and oversee tax optimization across our legal entities. If you want to shape the next era of rewarded gaming, where innovation meets limitless possibilities (with a dash of fun!), JustPlay is where you belong.

• Collaborate with the executive team to provide insights in form of financial reports and drive financial performance across the organization 

• Lead forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making across the group

• Oversee group structure optimization and transfer pricing

• Oversee tax strategy, compliance and planning for all group entities, ensuring adherence to international tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiencies

• Develop and implement KPIs, financial reports, and dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights, with the clear goal of optimizing profitability, and enhance operational efficiency

• Implement and enhance financial systems, and leverage automation to increase the efficiency of financial processes and reporting

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 

• At least 6+ years experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling, and/or corporate finance preferably within a high-growth, B2C, high-volume platform (e.g., gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or digital services)

• Solid experience with international tax strategy, compliance, and financial reporting across multiple legal entities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to unify complex data into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
