Copy Writer

We are looking for a talented U.S.-based Remote Copywriter to create compelling, conversion-focused content that communicates complex technology in clear, engaging language.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can translate topics such as AI, enterprise automation, IoT, RFID, computer vision, and digital transformation into content that business leaders can understand and act on.

You will work closely with marketing, subject-matter experts, sales, and leadership to develop content for Aeologic's website, campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, case studies, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for B2B technology audiences.
• Develop website copy for technology solutions, industries, services, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Create thought-leadership articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, and executive-level content.
• Write compelling headlines, CTAs, email campaigns, advertisements, social media copy, and promotional materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible business-focused messaging.
• Develop content that communicates business outcomes, ROI, efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.
• Conduct research on AI, enterprise technology, automation, IoT, and relevant industry trends.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
• Apply SEO best practices, search intent, keyword strategy, and content structure.
• Maintain a consistent Aeologic brand voice across channels.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email campaigns, sales collateral, and other marketing assets.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to create content that supports lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Use AI-assisted writing and research tools responsibly while maintaining originality, accuracy, and a strong human editorial voice.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of professional copywriting or content-writing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, AI, consulting, or enterprise software.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong U.S. business writing skills.
• Exceptional command of grammar, sentence structure, tone, and storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex technical subjects without losing their meaning.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Experience writing for senior business decision-makers, including executives, technology leaders, and enterprise buyers.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing principles.
• Strong research, interviewing, editing, and fact-checking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality professional writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing about AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, IoT, RFID, automation, computer vision, cloud, GIS, or enterprise software.
• Experience creating case studies and customer success stories.
• Experience with LinkedIn and executive thought leadership.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Understanding of enterprise sales and technology buyer journeys.

Salary $65,000-$73,000 per year
