Job Description - Copywriting Specialist (Outbound & Content)

Do you love to inspire people with words and make texts shine? We are looking for a creative mind who will take our outbound campaigns, social media posts and web content to the next level with gripping copywriting. ????Your tasks:

Outbound campaigns: You develop effective texts for our customers' outbound campaigns that really convert. You understand how to address target groups and place messages precisely.
Personalization: You experiment with the latest technologies to create personalized messages and thus optimize the conversion rates of our campaigns.
Content creation: You write convincing texts for our social media presence and our website that make our brand and our expertise visible.
Campaign optimization: You analyze the performance of texts and continuously optimize the messaging strategy based on A/B tests and analytical insights in order to achieve the best conversion rates.
Storytelling & Brand Voice: You develop creative concepts and storylines that strengthen our brand and that of our customers in an emotional way and are remembered for a long time.

Must-haves:

Writing experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in copywriting, ideally in a B2B environment.
Creativity & analytics: You have a feel for words that work and at the same time understand how to optimize texts based on performance data.
Social media affinity: You know the current trends on LinkedIn, Instagram & Co. and know how to write content that promotes engagement.
Technical know-how: Initial experience with personalization tools and automation technologies is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in using CRM systems and tools to automate marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
