IWS is looking for an in-house Corporate Counsel, preferably located in the Austin, TX area, to support the growth of the company.  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree & Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited institution 
• Experience with contract creation and review in the construction industry 
• Understanding of general commercial concepts including product sales and manufacturing
• Experience navigating mergers and acquisitions as the acquiring party
• Ability to balance strategy, compliance, and risk in daily business operations and business transactions
• Ability to assist the daily business operations and long-term growth through recommendations and advice
• Experience managing outside resources

Annual Base Salary: $175k-$225k 

*The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
