Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Counselor/Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy and counseling services to a diverse range of clients. You will work collaboratively within our team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
- Maintain confidential records and case notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in continuous professional development and supervision.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a mental health therapist/counselor in Maryland.
- Experience in counseling or mental health therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.
- Ability to work with a diverse client population.
