Creative AI Designer

We're looking for a Creative AI Designer who can edit videos, create motion graphics, and produce graphic design assets, and who is curious about AI creative tools and open to learning and integrating them into their workflow. The core skills are video editing, motion design, and graphic design. Experience with AI creative tools is a plus but not required. We care most about your core creative skills and your willingness to learn.

If you have solid creative fundamentals, are comfortable experimenting with AI video generation and tools like Claude, and want to work at the cutting edge of where creative production is heading, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Video Editing and Post-Production

• Edit video content across formats including short-form, long-form, social, and promotional
• Apply color grading, sound design, pacing, and visual storytelling to elevate raw footage
• Deliver polished, export-ready video assets optimized for each platform and use case

Motion Graphics and Animation

• Design and animate motion graphics for video intros, lower thirds, transitions, and branded content
• Create engaging visual sequences that complement and enhance video narratives
• Build reusable motion templates and components that speed up production across projects

Graphic Design

• Produce static design assets including thumbnails, social graphics, banners, and branded materials
• Maintain visual consistency across deliverables with strong typographic and layout discipline
• Support campaigns and content initiatives with design work that is fast and on-brand

AI Video Generation and Integration

• Generate AI video content using platforms such as Seedance AI, Higgsfield AI, or comparable tools
• Prompt, iterate, and refine AI-generated footage until it meets production quality standards
• Integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into edited video projects without it looking jarring or low-effort
• Stay current on emerging AI video tools and bring recommendations for new platforms and workflows

Claude and AI-Assisted Creative Workflow

• Use Claude for scripting, creative briefs, concept development, and production planning
• Leverage AI tools across the full creative workflow to increase output speed and quality
• Experiment with new AI-assisted techniques and document what works for the broader team

What You Bring

• Proven experience in video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Motion graphics experience using After Effects or comparable tools
• Graphic design proficiency using Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, and what makes content perform across platforms
• Curiosity and openness toward AI creative tools including video generation platforms and Claude
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver without being chased
• Self-directed with a bias toward shipping and iterating rather than over-polishing

Nice to Have

• Experience with or genuine interest in AI video generation platforms such as Seedance AI, Higgsfield AI, Runway, Sora, or similar
• Familiarity with Remotion for programmatic video creation
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI tools for creative workflow support
• Background in content creation for social media, DTC brands, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI image and video generation
• Experience building motion template systems or reusable component libraries
