Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to online media services, subscriptions, and content access via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide detailed information regarding media content, account management, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Assist customers with subscription setups, renewals, and technical difficulties.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system for quality control and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and user experience.
• Stay updated on online media trends and company services to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the online media or digital content industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
• Familiarity with subscription-based services and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
