Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients in the tourism sector via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications, ensuring they receive the best products and services available.
• Resolve any customer issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for all clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest tourism trends and local attractions to offer knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or the tourism industry is preferred.
• A passion for travel and a strong understanding of popular travel destinations and services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and computer literacy in standard office software.
• Proactive and motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
