Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Support Representative in the travel and hospitality sector, based in the vibrant city of Athens. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support as they plan their travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding hospitality services.
• Provide accurate information on accommodations, reservations, and local attractions to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle bookings and modifications, ensuring an efficient and seamless process for clients.
• Resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address any emerging client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide the best advice and service to clients.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in travel or hospitality sectors, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on effective customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude, even under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications is beneficial.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to work in Athens and be part of a dynamic, international team.
