Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Croatian via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Educate clients about blockchain fundamentals and the features of our products
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex client issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Provide regular updates to clients about new developments in our services
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve support and product offerings
• Foster a supportive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration

• Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written, is required
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex information clearly
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
