This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and committed to delivering excellent customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in Croatian, addressing their inquiries related to streaming services and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers regarding online streaming issues, subscriptions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical difficulties related to streaming devices and applications.
• Answer questions about service plans, billing, and content availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated about new streaming features, content, and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming media, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
