Croatian Speaking Customer Service for Sports Betting Platform

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sports Betting Platform. In this important Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sports betting, account management, and platform navigation.

Your fluency in Croatian will be essential as you help clients with betting queries, live updates, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter while using our platform. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users, while promoting responsible gaming practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding sports betting inquiries
• Assist customers with account creation, betting procedures, and payment queries
• Provide real-time support during live events to enhance the customer experience
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Stay informed about ongoing promotions, events, and the latest betting trends
• Promote responsible gaming behaviors among customers

• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for sports
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the gaming or sports betting industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Enthusiastic about sports, betting, and helping customers maximize their experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
