What You Will Do: 

• Create content in English and Lithuanian, copywriting and editing customer communication messages and materials according to Luminor tone of voice


• Ensure that the created customer communication content is transparent, easy to understand, human and customer-centric


• Contribute to establishing compliant working processes for customer communication activities


• Create legal/service content for the Luminor website, internet bank, and other digital channels


• Support PR and marketing as needed in creating texts


• Manage stakeholders involved in the communication development process


• Generate and evaluate new ideas and content for articles, social media projects, and other customer communication materials


• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration

What We Expect:  

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Customer Communication and/ or Content Management Project Manager. Experience in banking sector is considered beneficial


• Good understanding of advertising, PR and digital media areas; digital marketing and UI / UX experience will be considered as advantages


• Ability to understand complex terminology and readiness to work with legal communication projects


• Outstanding organizational and time management skills


• Experience with marketing platforms and e-mail marketing


• Strong ability to write and edit content in English and Lithuanian; knowledge of AI Tools considered an advantage (e.g. to create and proofread AI-translated texts)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian (native or close to native)
