About the Role:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Journey Evaluator to analyze and assess how users interact with businesses online. Your insights will help companies improve their customer journey from first interaction to conversion. This is a remote and flexible opportunity with earnings based on completed assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze user experiences across websites, apps, and digital platforms


• Identify pain points in the customer journey and provide improvement suggestions


• Provide structured feedback on engagement, ease of navigation, and clarity


• Participate in research projects aimed at optimizing customer touchpoints
