• Familiarize yourself with our digital wallet platform to assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Willingness to learn about digital wallet services and related technologies.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
