Your Role:

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the insurance field, ensuring all inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Become familiar with our insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the insurance field.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece for this exciting opportunity!
