Job Description - Customer Service Agents Needed!

We are currently seeking reliable and customer -oriented Independent Contractors to deliver inbound customer support services for our partner client programs. Support channels may include phone, chat, and/or email, based on the selected client opportunity.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency and typing skills

Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when assisting customers

Quiet, distraction -free home workspace

Technical Requirements

Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not supported)
High -speed internet connection (wired recommended)
Headset
Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
Windows 11
