Job Description - Customer Service Representative

The Abney Group, Inc who have been established and in business for over 10 years, is looking to add a Part time or Full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Service Representative to our growing team. Must currently possess an active Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

This is an in-office position, but we are open to HYBRID

Salary: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Able to prioritize and organize your days with tasks, such as making renewal calls to retain current clients.

Build relationships with our clients easily as you answer phones, update client information or policies, and educate and advise clients.

Maintain a positive attitude when making calls to retain clients, conducting policy reviews, cross-selling, and account rounding.

Must be coachable, enthusiastic, and a team player.

Requirements

No college degree required

Must have a current Property and Casualty License

2-3 Years of Insurance customer service experience

Basic computer software knowledge

Written/Verbal communication skills

Professional office and phone etiquette
