Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Explain insurance benefit options in easy-to-understand terms

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients

• Identify client needs and guide them to appropriate coverage

• Maintain accurate communication records and follow-ups

• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or GED required

• Basic computer skills (email, Zoom, internet navigation)

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• No prior experience necessary – full training provided
