Job Description - Customer Service Specialist for a Construction Industry in the US (Home Based Full Time)




• Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and messaging



• Respond to customer inquiries regarding fencing services, products, warranties, and scheduling



• Escalate complex questions and concerns to the appropriate team members when needed



• Manage and update daily schedules for fencing crews and customer projects



• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and important updates to customers and internal teams



• Monitor crew attendance and address scheduling issues at the start of each workday



• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, requests, and follow-up actions



• Adjust schedules based on project priorities, timelines, and crew availability
