Job Description - Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Archlet, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our licensed customers. Your role involves working closely with customers to enhance their adoption of our tools and maximize their value, which is crucial for driving renewals, expansions, and upsells to sustain revenue growth. In this position, you will own your accounts completely, build relationships with senior management, and collaborate with various teams at Archlet to provide insights on the utilization of our solutions.
  • Customer Partnerships: Take full responsibility for a number of medium to large enterprise accounts, overseeing their renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with senior management of our customers, aligning with both their immediate and future goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for effective roll-outs, and facilitate user onboarding to ensure high levels of tool adoption.
  • Consultation and Support: Provide guidance and support for live tenders across various procurement categories using Archlet, guaranteeing successful sourcing projects for our clients.
  • Feedback Communication: Relay customer feedback effectively to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance service delivery.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years as a procurement consultant or experience as a Customer Success Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS company, particularly one with a complex product and significant ARR per customer. Experience with software roll-outs, particularly in procurement, is ideal.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management using PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in English.
  • Interest in Sourcing: A keen interest in sourcing combined with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Preferred Qualifications in Data Expertise: A thorough understanding of data analysis or data science.
  • Skill Set: Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Flexibility: The capacity to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Time Zone: Ability to work remotely aligned with US time zones.
