For its newly opened office in Plowdiw - Avedo is looking for Customer Support - fluent Dutch (m/f/d).

• permanent employment in full time or part time -the initial training will take place in full-time

• providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms


• identifying customer requirements and presenting the relevant product range


• working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction 

• high level of Dutch (C1 written and spoken)


• high level of English (written and spoken)
• good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office)


• experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but anyone with the desire and motivation to learn is welcome


• confidence and professionalism on the phone
• target driven personality, friendly and communicative
