Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Christ Taylor Insurance as a key member of our customer support division. In this capacity, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with policy information, claims, and general questions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
