Are you a customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist who finds fast and flexible solutions to problems? Are you ready to guide and support our customers in using ESTO services?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer service via phone, e-mail, chat.


• B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold+warm leads).


• Providing constant feedback and insights about areas of improvement.


• Substituting colleagues from the same department during vacations with other lines of tasks. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Estonian and Russian, both written and spoken, and proficient in English.


• A strong customer-oriented mindset – you have a great desire and interest in working with customers, listening to them, and finding suitable solutions.


• Ability to work independently while also being a good team player.


• Responsible, quick, precise, and accurate.


• Experience in B2C sales is a plus.
