In this role, you will be the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive support for their travel needs.
• Assist clients throughout the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance the overall experience.
• Stay informed about Booking.com’s services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions with empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to the vibrant culture of Greece.
