This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and eager to provide outstanding support to Czech-speaking clients in the fast-paced IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Guide clients through software installations, updates, and general usage of IT products.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Document all customer interactions and resolve cases efficiently to support operational improvements.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector or a technology-related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
