This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Czech who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in the travel and accommodation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Czech-speaking clients of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and resolution of any issues encountered during their experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address client needs and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on Booking.com’s policies, offerings, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
