Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and empathize with customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
