Your role as a Travel Customer Support Associate involves managing customer interactions through various channels, ensuring that each traveler receives personalized assistance and support with their bookings and travel experiences. Your enthusiasm for travel and fluency in Czech will greatly contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Czech-speaking customers regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients through the booking process and address any queries or concerns
• Resolve issues related to reservations and provide timely solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
• Work collaboratively with different departments to improve the overall customer experience
• Inform travelers about the various services and options available through Booking.com
• Gather and share feedback for service improvements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or travel support is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
